Studio news and a preview…

Helloooooooo!  Recently I have had 2 shoots and the families didn’t want their preview up on the blog.  It’s a little disapointing that I can’t show off the pictures, but I totally understand the reasoning behind it.  I always get permission to post up pictures, but please don’t feel you have to if you’d rather not!

In Studio news this week, I want to let you all know that we will most definitely be offering Santa photo’s this year!  Dates to be confirmed, but it will be early December.

I am also finalising details of mini studio sessions with the purpose of getting a family shot or some of just the kids to use on Christmas Cards and emails.  I will announce details of these mini sessions next week, and they will be held on selected dates through out October and the beginning of November.  I will have samples of my range of Christmas cards for 2009 in the Studio next week.

Ok preview time!  Today’s session was a little challenging – neither of these two rascals wanted anything to do with me really :( .  So after going through the majority of the shots just now, it is clear we will take the ‘Quality not Quantity’ approach!!  I know Mum was a little frustrated with her darlings today, but we did get a few sweet shots.  Mum I have a really busy weekend coming up, so will get back to you next week with the rest of your proofs.

To be honest, this first one of the brothers is just divine – and is quite possibly my favourite sibling shot that I have taken in a while!

Late night blogging… for good reason!

Just HAD to get these up… poor mum has been waiting and waiting to see them.  We did the littlest miss a few weeks ago, and I finally had a chance to do matching storyboards of the two older girls.

Here is the set of all 3 – but mum there are a few extra images I will get you in case you want to change them around.  I’ll be in touch, I just need a few days as getting I’m getting a little swamped! xx

Spring is here!

I last saw this little one as a newborn – my how time flies! She is turning One in December… and mum is expecting #4 in February!  Look out mum, this could be interesting!

It was great to see you all again! I just love how your older kids are with the new little miss of the family. It was so sweet to see, and I can totally see what you mean about having to fight for time with her on the weekends!

Enjoy this little peek of your family, and I will be in touch with the rest of your proofs in about a week (I will try really really hard to only take a week!)

And she didn’t want to look at me!

Ok for a little Miss 2 year old who didn’t want to even look up at me, I think we did pretty well!  And this may well be the biggest sneak peek yet as there were just too many pictures to choose from!

This is part 2 of a 3 or 4 part session.  The fantastic mum of this gorgeous girl has 5 kids under 9 years old, so we are doing them over several mini sessions.  Today little L was adamant she was not going to smile, or look at me for that matter.  But I bought out a giant lollipop and let the bribing begin :)
