That sun makes all the difference…

What a lovely sunny winters day! That light just makes all the difference when taking indoor photos.

Now, these kids were so quiet today – mum assures me they are not like that at home!  The girls were happy to have their pictures taken, but little D was less than thrilled about it.  After a little perseverance, and giving him the job of minding my lens cover, he was a somewhat more willing participant!

Thanks mum and dad, it was nice to meet you (again!).  I will have your gallery ready within 2 weeks  :)

Finally got there!!

My first session today has been a long time coming!  I think we originally tried for May… then June, July and finally got together in August!  If it wasn’t the Studio not being ready, it was bad weather, me in hospital, bad weather then sick kids!  But the main thing is we got there, and I just LOVE this first family shot.  The boys were full of giggles today and it made for a fun, easy session.  Thanks for today guys, it was lovely to finally meet you!

Daddy’s Girl

This was a cute session. Miss L was so tiny and cuddly, and after a couple of poops and a big feed we thought she would sleep like an angel.  But no.  She fought it til the very end, so we have some very cute ‘awake’ pictures and will go for the sleeping ones in another session asap.  Thanks for being a good sport Dad, it really does make my job a lot easier when the dads are as into the pictures as mum!

Family <3

This session was never going to be easy – starting at 4pm with an almost 1 year old!  Little Miss wasn’t too bad, but I think if we can do an earlier session for her birthday in a month or so we will get more for you mum!

I love this first family shot – so relaxed and happy :)

Blonde curls, blue eyes…

Blonde curls, blue eyes… and the cutest dimple to top it off!  This little Miss came from Canberra especially to have some pictures with her mum.  Thanks for making the trip out to see me – it was  lovely to meet you and spend the morning with you both!

You mentioned you love black and white images, so I have done most of these like that for you.  Of course both the colour and black & white versions will be available of image each in your gallery.
