What a perfect little 9 day old 

Master C is the new little brother of two girls I photographed a few months ago – you can see their pictures here. He was a delight today – took a little bit of input from mum to get him to sleep, but once he was fed, had pooped and pee’d on my things, and was snuggled in front of the heater – he had a bit of a snooze.  But that’s ok, as mum and I got to have a good chat at the same time!

As promised.. here is your sneak peak – I love this set in B&W but you will get both these and the colour versions in your gallery.

My new Studio space is not quite ready to move into yet – just need the ok from council! Oh and I need to have some new frames hung on the walls 

But I have still been able to go and visit new babies at their own homes!  At 13 days old, Master C was in a very serious mood.  He was wide awake for the first hour and a half I was with him – giving us nothing but the furrowed brow look.  Then after much persistence by Mum, and a cuddle from Grandma, he nodded off.  We managed to get of 3 or 4 shots before he was awake again less than a minute later!

Just a note for others thinking about custom newborn photography – this Mum didn’t want full naked shots – and that’s fine too, just let me know so I don’t give you a bunch of images that you are not happy with!  I’d much rather work with you and create images that you’ll love – not just the type I love.  I did manage to sneak his little top off for a few shots – I love a little  newborn shoulder!
